Brendan is a native St. Louisan passionate about serving clients and practicing criminal law, municipal law, and family law. As a former assistant prosecuting attorney, Brendan has valuable insight when a client faces criminal charges because he knows the inner workings of the criminal justice system.

Brendan attended Parkway North High School in St. Louis County. After graduation, he attended Southwest Baptist University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

During law school at Saint Louis University, Brendan interned at three different Prosecuting Attorneys offices. He gained an extensive knowledge on how jurisdictions handle misdemeanor and felony cases. In December 2012, The University of Pittsburgh School of Law published his opinion on the DWI case Missouri vs. McNeely, which was pending in the United States Supreme Court.

Outside of the law, Brendan is an avid Cardinals baseball fan and was a former American Legion baseball player and volunteer coach for Creve Coeur Legion Post 397.

Attorney Brendan Block started his own practice with two goals.

1. Always be honest and responsive with clients. 2. Provide the best legal counsel he can.

Following law school, Brendan dreamed of owning his own firm and being his own boss. Now, with B. Block Law, LLC, he handles cases with the dedication and level of detail each client deserves. He applies the lessons he learned working at a local prosecutor’s office and high-volume criminal defense firm. His clients receive authentic legal representation by someone with the necessary compassion and leadership required to produce courtroom results.

"I got charged for petty theft. The first lawyer I went to said it would be a minimum 2 grand. Brendan charged me less than half that and got my fine down to a couple hundred. Highly recommend him."
